John F. Kennedy - 35th US President
John F. Kennedy was the first elected Catholic president of the United States. It was said by his rivals during his campaign that he would allow the pope to take over the country. However, Kennedy's popularity did nothing but escelate after his election. The White House full of his family and pets was refered to as the magical land of Camelot. Kennedy ran the country from 1961 until his assassination in 1963.
